These apps are for Pizzeria Venturi employees and managers. They are not for the public, and we do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name and email address. We do not get your password or access to your Google files.
• From Homebase, our scheduling system: whether you are an active employee, your name and your role. This decides whether you can sign in.
• While you use the apps: which training documents you open and when, policies you sign (your typed name, the date and time, the document version, and your browser type), and feedback you send.

How we use it

To let current employees sign in, to show the right training and policies, to let managers see who has read or signed what, and to fix problems you report. Nothing else.

Who can see it

Managers and owners of Pizzeria Venturi. Your data is stored with the service providers that run these apps (Supabase, Vercel, Google and Homebase), only to provide the apps.

How long we keep it

Policy signatures are kept as employment records and cannot be edited. Reading history and feedback are kept while they are useful for training. When you leave, you can no longer sign in.
